He also bagged the Young Scholar Award at a national level competition during his residency. He has attended & presented papers in various national & international conferences. His expertise includes primary angioplasty, complex angioplasties, intravascular and FFR guided angioplasty, Peripheral interventions Pacemakers, AICD, ASD & PDA device closure (closing holes in heart without open heart surgery), balloon valvotomy. Besides interventions his fields of special interests are preventive cardiology & stem cell therapy for management of cardiovascular disorders.
