Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SpotMedics, operated by Pillai InfoTech LLP. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SpotMedics.

1. What SpotMedics Is

SpotMedics is a healthcare directory and managed marketing platform. We connect patients with healthcare providers and help providers build their online presence. SpotMedics is not a medical service provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

2. Patient Terms

• You are responsible for verifying a provider's credentials and suitability for your health needs before booking.
• Appointments booked through SpotMedics are between you and the provider. SpotMedics facilitates the connection but is not a party to the clinical relationship.
• Health records you upload are your responsibility. SpotMedics stores them securely but does not review their clinical accuracy.
• Emergency: SpotMedics is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, call 112 (India) or your local emergency number immediately.

3. Provider Terms

• By listing on SpotMedics, you confirm you hold valid qualifications and registrations required to practice in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information — fees, availability, qualifications, and clinic address.
• Fraudulent listings, impersonation of licensed practitioners, or listing without valid credentials will result in immediate removal and may be reported to regulatory bodies.
• SpotMedics may import and display publicly-available provider information to build the directory. Claimed profiles take precedence over imported data.

4. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, automated access, or bulk extraction of provider data without written permission.
• No posting false reviews, fake appointments, or misleading information.
• No use of the platform for spam, phishing, or harassment of providers or patients.

5. Intellectual Property

SpotMedics platform code, design, and branding are owned by Pillai InfoTech LLP. Provider profiles, once claimed, belong to the provider. Patient health records belong to the patient.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpotMedics provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for: the quality of care received from providers, missed appointments, inaccurate provider-supplied information, or outcomes from healthcare decisions made using the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra. For EU users, mandatory local consumer law rights are not affected.
